How far are the artists willing to travel?

Our performers can come to you anywhere in the world from the Vienna International Airport (Schwechat, Austria). When you’re booking an act for the lengthy travel, please consider the following: flights, ground/local transportation, accommodation, per diems, overweight/cargo costs and visas (if required).

What does it need to be arranged for artists to change and rest between performances?

The clean lockable changing room with chairs, table, mirrors and drinking water – as close as possible to the performing area, is required for all our performers to get ready for the shows.

How often do your artists perform during the day?

The standard performing time depends on the type of the show (stage show or walk act show) and the client’s requirements. Please contact us for more information about the performing times of the concrete act.

Do your performers require breaks between the shows?

All depends on the requirements & length of the performances, but our performers usually require at least 30 min. breaks between two shows.

When do the performers get into the place of the performance?

Our performers get into the performing place 5 minutes prior to the booked start time.

How long does it take to your performers to get ready?

All depends on the type of costumes, the preparation time can vary from a few minutes to a few hours (in case of complicated make-up). Please contact us for more information.

Do your performers arrive alone or are there any other stuff?

The event manager always accompanies our performers at every event. The event manager is the additional help for the performers and for the client as well.

Can your performers walk around or change the show location?

Most of our performers (all walk act shows) can walk around and change one location to another. Please contact us for more information.

What kind of make-up do you use?

It is a water based hand applied make-up and sprays. Some of the acts require the have the own make-up artist, some of the acts can apply their make-up without any additional help. Please contact us for more information.

Where do you get your costumes?

We’re proud to say that all our costumes are unique and hand-made by our own costume producers.

Are photographs of the performers allowed?

Yes, our performers love having photographs taken with the event guests. It’s a great way how to incorporate our performers into the event while giving your guests a great memento.

What if I can’t find what I am looking for?

Given enough time and specifications we will always try to find for you an appropriate solution.

How far in advance the artists or shows should be booked?

It’s very important to give us enough notice. At least 3-4 weeks would be great. Last minute bookings are also possible, we will always try our best at pulling it off.

What happens in case of bad weather if the performers are required to perform outdoors?

The performers cannot be expected to perform in the rain or strong wind (mainly because of the costumes). One of possible solutions is the finding of the alternative indoor area, where they can perform.
